| Abstract |
|
Legal and ethical guidelines direct health care professionals to perform their duties in a manner acceptable to society. Intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) is not a prerequisite for registration, such as permission and certification. Because patients receiving IONM are particularly vulnerable and need additional protection, it is important to explore the ethical and legal aspects of these practices. Therefore, we would like to examine the ethical aspects of neuromonitoring. |
